RONDOMAT

The simple and robust construction guarantees efficient operation in biogas plants all over the world. At the heart of the Rondomat is the extractor blade, which rotates at 3 rpm. It is driven via the PTO, which in turn is powered by a spur gear motor with a power output of 7.5 to 10.1 kW. 

The feeder is constructed entirely from V2A stainless steel, thus ensuring an above-average service life. In combination with the Fliegl "DigiTouchBio" weighing system, precisely dosed output volumes are guaranteed.

When upgraded to the double Rondomat, the system capacity can be increased up to 50 m³. The existing control and conveying unit are used, which enables fast, simple and cost-effective expansion.

is based on two circular tanks with the tried-and-tested Rondomat feed system, each holding 5.5 cbm. With a square/funnel-shaped attachment, the "double Rondomat" can be expanded to a total capacity of 50 cbm.
